Updated WWE NXT Takeover 31 Lineup for this Sunday, Oct. 4 – Kushida vs. Velveteen Dream Added

A new match was added to NXT Takeover this Sunday, October 4 on WWE Network. On last week’s WWE NXT show, Velveteen Dream showed up to attack Kushida during his match (the referee never saw it) and cost Kushida his spot in the Gauntlet Eliminator Match.

There have been rumors that this Takeover may take place at the WWE ThunderDome in Orlando instead of Full Sail University in Orlando, but that hasn’t been confirmed. It will be somewhere in Orlando at least.

Here’s what we know so far.

NXT Championship: Finn Balor (c) vs. Kyle O’Reilly

North American Championship: Damian Priest (c) vs. Johnny Gargano

NXT Women’s Championship: Io Shirai (c) vs. Candice LeRae

Kushida vs. Velveteen Dream

They usually have five matches on a Takeover card or sometimes six, so there will likely be more matches. One of them could be the NXT Tag Team Title match, but that’s not confirmed right now.

We should learn more about the card on WWE NXT this Wednesday as well.
