Toni Storm Undergoes Dental Surgery Ahead Of All Out

Toni Storm

AEW star Toni Storm has revealed that she is currently on the road to recovery following recent dental surgery.

Until recently, Toni Storm was scheduled to challenge her ‘ThunderStom’ partner Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women’s World Championship at All Out on September 4th.

However, on the latest edition of Dynamite, Rosa broke the news that she is currently battling injury and won’t be able to defend her title in Chicago.

The shock announcement has led to a Fourway match being made to crown the Interim AEW Women’s World Champion at the event. This will feature Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, Hikaru Shida, and Dr. Britt Baker DMD.

Now, Toni Storm has taken to social media to reveal that she recently underwent successful surgery with a photo of her showing bandages wrapped around her face. However, despite it coming so close to All Out, it is not expected that she will miss any time from the ring.

AEW’s own dentist, Britt Baker, shared the post and took a shot at her upcoming opponent, suggesting she should stay home and rest.

“Toni should probably stay home and rest, but I know a great dentist if any post-op problems arise”

Toni Storm last competed on the 17th of August edition of Dynamite when she defeated KiLynn King. Storm previously challenged for the AEW Women’s World Championship at Forbidden Door, losing to Thunder Rosa on that occasion.
