Solo Sikoa To Join Rare WWE Group Thanks To John Cena

John Cena brawls with Solo Sikoa

Solo Sikoa is set to join an exclusive club when he meets John Cena in Saudi Arabia.

On November 4th, John Cena will take on Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel. The match marks the latest instalment of the battle between Cena and The Bloodline. Although Cena’s issues with the faction stretch back to the summer of 2021, he’s taken more of a backseat in recent weeks as LA Knight looks to dethrone Roman Reigns.

Sikoa joined The Bloodline after a spell in NXT, coming to the aid of Roman Reigns at Clash At The Castle in September 2022. Despite moving to the main roster over a year ago, the match with Cena will be Sikoa’s first singles bout at a Premium Live Event.

WWE Stats notes that Sikoa will become one of seven Superstars to have their first PLE singles match against Cena.

The star joins Rene Dupree, Jesús, Sheamus, Wade Barrett, John Laurinaitis, and Kevin Owens on that exclusive list.

John Cena Looks To Shed Unwanted Record

John Cena hasn’t had his hand raised at the end of a singles match since getting the better of Triple H at the Greatest Royal on April 27th, 2018. Since then, the 16-time World Champion has come up short against the likes of Roman Reigns and The Fiend Bray Wyatt.

Cena’s most recent match came at Fastlane where he teamed with LA Knight to see off Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso.
