Shinsuke Nakamura Makes NXT Appearance

Shinsuke Nakamura is back in NXT! Well, at least he was on Tuesday night.

On October 18, 2022’s edition of NXT, many WWE Superstars from the main roster showed up, with Shinsuke Nakamura being one of them.

To begin Nakakura’s segment, Tony D’Angelo and Stacks would come out to the ring, with Stacks set to face a mystery opponent and D’Angelo announcing the challenger to test out his faction mate. The opponent was Shinsuke Nakamura, who would have a back and forth bout with Stacks, with Nakamura ultimately getting the victory after his kinshasa. Following the match, a ringside D’Angelo gave Stacks his respect, saying that he was worthy of being in the family despite his tough loss, with the commentary team also saying that Stack’s stock has risen in the D’Angelo Family stable.

After Stacks dropped his match to Wes Lee last week in a one-on-one fight, the match between Stacks and Shinsuke Nakamura was made official. After the bout, Tony D’Angelo returned to NXT in crutches, saying that he was disappointed in Stacks losing, and as a result, he was going to force Stacks to fight a mystery opponent on Tuesday’s show. That opponent would end up being the Japanese superstar Nakamura.
