Shawn Michaels has given a timeline on when Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s daughter, Simone Johnson, could make her official debut in WWE NXT.
On Friday during a NXT Halloween Havoc media call, a day before the WWE Premium Live Event, Shawn Michaels spoke to the press. Eventually, the Miami Herald’s Jim Varsallone would shoot a question to Michaels, asking him about when could see Ava Raine, who is the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (real name Simone Johnson.) Not just that, but the “Heartbreak Kid” was also asked about when we could see Valorie Loureda, an ex-Bellator fighter, on NXT TV. In response, Michaels gave a thrilling ETA.
“Both are coming along great.”
“HBK” mentioned that he didn’t want to give away too much information.
“In my opinion, 2023 for sure, but they’re both getting awfully darn close, so certainly might from a live event standpoint.”
With Loureda, Michaels said that he thinks that she’s already competing in Florida live events, while Raine (Simone Johnson) is currently doing promo work.
“We do a lot of obviously stuff here in the Performance Center, but yeah, easily both of them, maybe by the end of the year, but absolutely 2023 and certainly in the future,” he said. “So they’re very close.”
