Ryback Opens Up About The Wrestler Responsible For His Worst Match
Former WWE Superstar Ryback dropped a bombshell revelation about the lowest point in his wrestling career.
The dubious honour of being part of Ryback’s worst-ever match goes to Jinder Mahal. This revelation, In an episode of his podcast “Conversation With The Big Guy,” dates back to their developmental days.
According to The Big Guy, the match was entirely impromptu, lacking any semblance of planning. He vividly recounted the comedy of errors that transpired in the ring, attributing the debacle to Mahal’s relative inexperience during their developmental era. Despite the disastrous nature of the match, He humorously reflected on the experience, emphasising that it occurred before their involvement with NXT and the formation of The Nexus.
Reflecting on the debacle, Ryback candidly admitted:
The worst match of my entire career was with Jinder Mahal. We ended up doing a match on the fly, and it was probably my worst match ever. Just nothing went right, and Jinder was super-new to developmental at that time. It was really f***ing funny actually, but it was after NXT and we all were down there. The Nexus thing hadn’t happened yet.
Despite holding the title of The Big Guy’s worst match, Mahal went on to achieve massive success in the WWE, culminating in his 170-day reign as WWE Champion when he captured the title from Randy Orton at Backlash in 2017.
What Did Ryback Think Of CM Punk’s Return To WWE?
Ryback claimed that CM Punk is broke and desperate which is why he returned to WWE. In a social media tirade, The Big Guy stated that Punk is “fragile” and “mentally fried.”
