Ahead of the premium live event, The Viper appeared on The Pat McAfee Show. During the interview, he spoke about his future in WWE. He acknowledged that he is turning 46 in a few months and cannot do this forever. As of now, he does not know how many premium live events he has left in the bank.
I’m 46 in a couple of months, and you know, I can’t do this forever. I’ve been doing it for 26 years. If I could do it another decade, I will. The work rate, the way that I wrestle, you know, maybe I could pull that out. But I know that time’s coming. So, I don’t know how many more Chambers I got. I don’t know how many more WrestleManias I got.
Randy Orton’s last championship reign was in 2020, when he defeated Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship on October 25th, 2020, at Hell in a Cell. The Scottish Warrior won the title back on the November 16th, 2020, edition of Monday Night RAW.
