NJPW Star Says “AEW Should Present Me MJF’s Head”

MJF

The AEW World Champion MJF has been called out by an NJPW veteran.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman recently was on AEW commentary talking about all of the people coming after him in that company. Due to AEW having ties to other companies, there are many more wrestlers wanting to get their hands on the talented AEW World Champion.

At the upcoming NJPW Power Struggle event on Friday, November 3rd, veteran wrestler the Great-O-Khan will face former three-time AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.

While speaking to Tokyo Sports, O-Khan suggested that if he beats Moxley then he should get an AEW World Title match against MJF.

“If it’s me, then when I execute Moxley, AEW should present MJF’s head at the Tokyo Dome. He’s an interesting guy. I will take the AEW World Championship that MJF took from Moxley, and then accept the challenge from the winner of SANADA and Naito.”

As O-Khan stated, Max did take the AEW World Title from Moxley at Full Gear 2022 last November. Friedman is now just 8 days away from beating Kenny Omega’s record of 346 days as the longest-reigning AEW World Champion of all time.

MJF has two huge matches with Bullet Club Gold members coming up

Wrestlers like the Great-O-Khan may want to get their hands on the AEW World Champion, but they will have to get in line because the AEW World Champion is a busy man.

This coming Wednesday on the October 25th edition of AEW Dynamite, Maxwell Jacob Friedman must defend his “coveted” Dynamite Diamond Ring against Juice Robinson of Bullet Club Gold. Juice earned his shot at the ring by winning a battle royal last week on Dynamite.

At AEW’s next pay-per-view Full Gear on November 18th, MJF will put the AEW World Title on the line against Bullet Club Gold’s leader Jay White, who has stolen the AEW World Title from MJF. That’s the only match announced for the show so far.
