Mandy Rose Announces Engagement To Tino Sabbatelli
The WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has announced that she is engaged to a former NXT wrestler, Tino Sabbatelli.
Mandy Rose is having the best run of her WWE career as the NXT Women’s Champion that has held the title for over 300 days. She also had some incredible news to share about her personal life on Instagram on Saturday when she announced that she will be getting married.
Tino Sabbatelli (real name Sabatino “Sabby” Piscitelli) popped the question to Rose on Saturday night with the soon-to-bride sharing photos of her new ring along with some pictures of the happy couple. Sabbatelli is a former NFL player that met Rose while he was training to be a WWE superstar. Sabbatelli was released by WWE in 2020.
Mandy and Tino have been dating for several years now with Sabbatelli telling Chris Van Vliet that their relationship started as a friendship, but when Rose’s first engagement was called off, their relationship grew from there. The couple also recently announced on Instagram that they will provide training tips to some of their supporters as well.
Following Rose’s post announcing the engagement, many current and former WWE superstars offered their congratulations including Mandy’s closest friend Sonya Deville, who posted a photo with the happy couple as well. Others like Alexa Bliss, The IInspiration, Big E, Jacy Jayne and more have commented on the post. Deville noted that she was celebrating her birthday while calling Mandy and Tino two of her best friends.
As for her career in the ring, Rose ended up adding the now retired NXT UK Championship to her collection after beating Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport in a triple threat match at NXT Worlds Collide earlier this month. It appears as though Rose’s next title challenger will be Alba Fyre.
