Liv Morgan Reveals Truth About Being “Cursed” After Devastating WWE Loss
Liv Morgan recently suffered a devastating loss in WWE, and many believe it was because she was cursed.
A few weeks ago, Dominik Mysterio competed against Oba Femi in the semi-finals of the King of the Ring tournament. The Judgment Day had given Danhausen a lot of money to curse Femi.
However, he didn’t do so, and as a result, Oba Femi defeated Dominik Mysterio to become one of the finalists in the KOTR tournament.
At Night of Champions on June 27, Danhausen came out to address the Saudi Arabian crowd, but Liv Morgan threatened him to return the money because he didn’t do the job.
Morgan warned Danhausen that if he didn’t return the money, he would be in a lot of trouble. In response, Danhausen put a curse on Morgan, to which Morgan retaliated by slapping the former AEW star.
Liv Morgan then competed in the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament against IYO SKY and unfortunately lost the match.
Liv Morgan Says She Is Not Cursed
Following the devastating loss, Byron Saxton interviewed Morgan and asked her if Danhausen’s curse was the reason she lost to IYO SKY in the QOTR tournament finals. She replied that she was not cursed because Danhausen doesn’t have powers.
“No, no. Byron. Byron. Byron. Byron. Byron. Byron. I’m not cursed. Byron. I’m not cursed. Byron. Byron. He was just joking. I’m not cursed. I’m not cursed. Byron. I’m not cursed.”
“There’s no curse. Do you understand me, Byron? There’s no curse. There’s no curse. Danhausen does not have powers. It’s not real. There’s no curse. Excuse me, I have to go call Dominic. Okay, I’m gonna go call Dominik. There’s no curse, Byron.”
After IYO won the Queen of the Ring tournament, she will now challenge Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam.
