LA Knight Makes Bold World Title Claim About WWE WrestleMania

LA Knight

LA Knight is fed up with waiting for a shot at being in the world championship picture at WWE WrestleMania.

During his career, LA Knight has only had one title match to his name at WrestleMania, and that came in 2025 when he lost the United States Championship to Jacob Fatu.

Despite his massive popularity with fans, the 43-year-old star has made very clear what he thinks of WWE’s treatment of him, calling himself “Unchosen.” That might be the case, but there will be no choice for anyone if Knight is successful in winning the Elimination Chamber, booking himself a WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 42. And it would be a long time coming if that played out.

LA Knight Feels WrestleMania World Title Match Is Overdue

Speaking on ESPN SportsCenter, LA Knight explained exactly what it would mean to him if he made his dream come true and earned his world title shot on the grandest stage of them all:

It would mean all this paid off. Everything. All the effort, all the time, all the blood, sweat, tears, all that stuff that you hear everybody talk about, it’s real.

As far as I’m concerned, me being in the World Title picture at WrestleMania is overdue if you ask me.
