Kazuchika Okada is on his way out of NJPW and now his two final matches in the promotion have been revealed.

Kazuchika Okada is on his way to AEW if the most recent reports regarding his wrestling future are to be believed. Okada has been NJPW’s biggest star for the last decade and his exit marks a massive changing of the guard for the company.

The Rainmaker had his final singles match as an NJPW star at The New Beginning In Osaka where he defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Now NJPW has revealed that Kazuchika Okada’s final matches will see him in massive tag team matches. On Night One of The New Beginning In Sapporo on February 23rd will see Okada team with Tomohiro Ishii, Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI, and Yoh to take on the United Empire’s Jeff Cobb, Great-O-Khan, Aaron Henare, Francesco Akira, and Callum Newman.

Kazuchika Okada Faces Matt Riddle In Final NJPW Match

Okada’s final match takes place one day later when he’ll team with Hiroshi Tanahashi, Ishii, Goto, and YOSHI-Hashi against Cobb, Great-O-Khan, Henare, Akira, and former WWE star Matt Riddle.

Tama Tonga is also on his way out of NJPW and his final match in the promotion will also take place on the 24th of February. Tonga will team up with his long-time partner Tanga Loa to face their fellow Guerrillas of Destiny Hikuleo and ELP in what is sure to be another emotional affair.
