Jade Cargill has recently revealed why she chose All Elite Wrestling (AEW) over WWE.

After taking out Nyla Rose at AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view event, Jade Cargill has her TBS Championship back in her possession and she still sits with an undefeated 42-0 record in the promotion.

Jade Cargill is considered one of the top stars in all of AEW, and arguably the star in the women’s division. Not just that, but she’s also considered one of the greatest homegrown talents that All Elite Wrestling has ever produced. Cargill made her AEW debut back in March 2021 on Dynamite, marking just 20 months since then. Despite the short time, Cargill has shot to stardom.

Never wrestling in another company and being exclusive to All Elite Wrestling, Jade Cargill has become synonymous with the Tony Khan-owned brand, and she’s happy to be in that position.

Recently taking part in an interview with “The Breakfast Club,” Cargill talked about her decision in choosing All Elite Wrestling has her professional wrestling home, rather than sports entertainment giant WWE.

“I was actually going between this company and [WWE] at the same time, but, ya know, we have an owner, Tony Khan… I love the fact that he treats us like athletes.”

Cargill further explained:

“He understands that we need mental health days, we need time off… I have a 5-year-old daughter, I want to be there as much as I can for her. That’s the reason I chose this company… They don’t treat me like a number.”
