Jacob Fatu Has One Big Problem Amid Roman Reigns WWE Feud

Jacob Fatu might have spelled out his future direction in WWE, but a Hall of Famer is worried for him.

The Samoan Werewolf was featured in a long-standing feud with Drew McIntyre, which culminated in an Unsanctioned Match at WrestleMania 42.

Fatu was projected as a criminal by the Scotsman in the lead-up to their bout, as he constantly brought up his past incarceration during his promos.

The 34-year-old, though, has turned his life around for the better, becoming one of the beloved WWE superstars on the entire roster today.

At the Show of Shows, Jacob Fatu defeated McIntyre by hitting the Mighty Moonsault on his opponent through a table.

Following his victory, he surprisingly showed up on Raw two nights later during the main event segment by interrupting the newly crowned World Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns.

Fatu claimed that he was not there to acknowledge the Original Tribal Chief. He said he wanted everything that Reigns had, including better shoes, a private jet, a bigger house, and a better school for his kids.

He also challenged Reigns, who had reunited with Jey and Jimmy Uso before the segment, for a title match at Backlash, scheduled on May 9.

Roman Reigns, in turn, claimed that Fatu was not ready to handle the burden of the world title. He also said he would see Jacob Fatu on Raw next week to give him an answer to his challenge.

WWE Hall Of Famer Highlights Major Problem With Jacob Fatu

Before his face-off against Roman Reigns next week, Jacob Fatu made his regular appearance on SmackDown, where a match between him and Solo Sikoa was set up following a confrontation.

Fatu not only beat Sikoa but also dismantled the MFTs in a post-match beatdown.

While speaking on Busted Open After Dark, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry discussed Fatu’s approach to challenging Reigns, while voicing his concerns, especially Jacob’s pride.

We got to hear Jacob cut a promo about hope. About reestablishing himself and I was all for it.

The one thing I have a problem with, and it was one of my problems early in my life: pride. Jacob has got to loosen up with the pride. Anybody  listening to this, if you know Jacob personally, you’d tell him that everybody need help. And Jacob will not allow that yet, he’s too prideful. He seemed very aware and humble and happy, but he’s got that thing man, he’s just not happy until he gets it all. He wanna be the man.
