More Details On When WWE’s Bron Breakker Suffered Injury

Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker suffered an injury on WWE Monday Night RAW.

The Men’s Royal Rumble match on January 31st featured some of the biggest stars in WWE. The two biggest favorites going into it were Bron Breakker and Roman Reigns, who won the match.

When Breakker entered the Royal Rumble from the #2 spot, he was attacked in the aisle by a masked assailant, who also hit Breakker with The Stomp. Breakker was thrown into the ring and quickly eliminated by OBa Femi, who was in the #1 spot in the Rumble match.

During the opening segment on WWE Monday Night Raw in Philadelphia on February 2nd, Bron Breakker went on a tirade since he was screwed out of a chance to win the Royal Rumble. Breakker’s friends in The Vision were attacked by LA Knight in the segment.

It was reported by the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer in the Daily Update that former Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker is now out of action after he had surgery for what was described as a “serious hernia.”

Bron Breakker Suffered An Injury During His Tirade On Raw

In an update on Breakker’s health, PWInsider confirmed the Observer’s report that Breakker had hernia surgery. It was added by PWInsider that “Breakker was hurt during last Monday’s Raw when he flipped the table over.”

It was added that Breakker will be off the road while he recovers from the injury, and there is currently no timetable for his return.

Fightful Select has reported there is optimism that Breakker will be able return by WrestleMania.

The masked man’s attack on Breakker at the Royal Rumble was a way to tease that it may have been Seth Rollins who did the attack, or that Rollins got somebody to attack Breakker. That’s because WWE is planning on a Rollins-Breakker match at WrestleMania 42 on April 18-19 in Las Vegas. While Rollis has been out since October due to shoulder surgery, recovery is going well for “The Visionary” Rollins.

As for how WWE addresses Breakker’s health on television, fans will have to tune in to Monday Night Raw on February 9th to see whether they say that Breakker is injured or use some other excuse.
