Roman Reigns has reached another milestone in WWE.

The OTC reached the top of the WWE mountain once again at WrestleMania 42, defeating CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Night Two of the mega event.

Post-The Show of Shows, Jacob Fatu emerged as the biggest threat to Roman Reigns’ title run. The two stars clashed against each other at Backlash 2026, with Reigns retaining his gold. They had a rematch at Clash In Italy, under Tribal Combat rules, but the result was the same.

Today (June 8, 2026), Reigns has hit 50 days as the World Heavyweight Champion in the sports entertainment juggernaut. Hence, congratulations are in order for The Head of the Table.

Roman Reigns fears one WWE star

While speaking during a recent edition of Behind The Turnbuckle Studios’ The Last Word, Tommy Carlucci stated that Roman Reigns is genuinely scared of Jacob Fatu because he can defeat The OTC.

Carlucci heaped praise on The Samoan Werewolf’s work and added that he is “believable” based on his past real-life incidents.

“And by the way, he is the only one that really puts the fear of God in Roman Reigns that can beat him. It’s not Solo. It’s not the other two jabronis with Solo. And it’s obviously not the Usos at all. They’re with him, and he knows he can take both of them out. But Jacob is a different story because there’s so many different sides of him that I really like. And by the way, the guy’s a hell of a worker in the ring. Unbelievable. And the reason why he’s believable, he came from the street. He was a loser. He was in jail. He did all those things. And now he’s working his way back up. It’ll be interesting to see in the next couple of weeks to a month how they treat Jacob and The Bloodline with him.”

Roman Reigns earned Jacob Fatu’s respect following his win in the Tribal Combat match. However, it will be interesting to see if Fatu is just waiting for the right time to take down Reigns in WWE.
