CM Punk Makes Shocking Confession About First Kiss With AJ Lee

Nearly two years before Punk and Lee began dating in real life, the two were part of an on-screen romance that also involved Daniel Bryan, forming a memorable love triangle. Punk and Lee recently appeared on a new episode of Hot Ones Versus, where they spoke about their first kisses on WWE television.

CM Punk Comments On His On-screen Kisses With AJ Lee

Their first kiss segment saw AJ Lee immediately putting CM Punk through a table right after kissing him. Speaking on Hot Ones Versus, Punk made a surprising confession about that first kiss, revealing that AJ Lee accidentally “headbutted him with her teeth” during the moment.

Punk also discussed their second on-screen kiss with AJ Lee, which happened two months later on SmackDown. He admitted that during the second kiss, he became so lost in the moment that he forgot millions of people were watching and was momentarily unaware of his surroundings.

I just think I kind of got lost in the moment, and I forgot that there were thousands of people in the arena and millions of people at home watching, and it was just me and her.
