Christian Cage Refuses To Discuss Edge Joining AEW

Edge Christian Cage

Christian Cage only wants to discuss himself.

Christian Cage had a better night at All Out than he did at All In as Luchasaurus retained the TNT Championship in Chicago against Darby Allin in a brutal match. That all but guarantees that Cage will continue parading around on AEW shows with the title that he has never won while enquiring about the parents of other AEW stars.

One thing that Cage will not discuss, however, is the future of his long-time tag team partner Edge. Edge is believed to be on his way out of his WWE and there has been speculation that he could be bound for AEW where he could reunite with Cage.

At the post-All Out media scrum, however, Christian Cage did not want to discuss that possibility:

“I only talk about myself, and Luchasaurus. I have no friends other than Luchasasurus. I’ll leave it at that.”

Christian Cage re-signed by AEW

In a week that has seen more than one departure from AEW, including the firing of CM Punk, Christian Cage looks to be staying put for some time yet. At the media scrum, Cage revealed that he had signed a new, fat contract with Tony Khan meaning that he’s All Elite for the foreseeable future.
