Becky Lynch Soon To Become Free Agent, No Talks On New Deal

Could Becky Lynch leave WWE?

While much of the speculation around WWE contracts has been linked to Drew McIntyre, he’s not the only star on the verge of becoming a free agent.

Appearing on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Becky Lynch confirmed she got just two months to run on her current contract. It had previously been reported that her husband Seth Rollins’ deal also expires in June.

While Rollins hasn’t publicly revealed much about his contractual situation, in the interview with Helwani, Lynch claimed she’s yet to discuss a new deal with WWE. When asked if there had been talks about a renewal, The Man answered “Nobody’s said nothing to me.”

Lynch was then asked if she wanted to sign a deal deal, and stated “We’ll see.” The star said she didn’t know whether her future was “WWE or bust,” but said she doubted WrestleMania 40 would be her last.

In an earlier interview, Becky Lynch said her future was “up for conversation,” however, she stated in December that she wanted to retire with WWE.

Becky Lynch And Drew McIntyre To Hit Free Agency?

The comments from Lynch come after it was reported Drew McIntyre is yet to agree terms on a new contract. It’s believed that McIntyre’s deal expires shortly after WrestleMania although the exact date hasn’t been made public.

The report said that family will play a major role in McIntyre’s decision.
