WWE Star Still In Talks Over New Contract

Triple H WWE

A veteran WWE superstar is still talking to the company about signing a new contract.

The World Wrestling Entertainment roster is very deep with wrestlers filling out the main roster on Raw & Smackdown, a lot of younger talent on NXT, and new talents being signed at all times.

There are several big names who have signed contract extensions this year including Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest, and numerous others, but some people like Ricochet are expected to depart the company.

It has also been a year of changes in WWE’s talent relations department as WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque does his best to manage it all.

Another veteran wrestler who has been in the spotlight as far as her contract status goes is Natalya, who has been a WWE superstar since 2008. Nicknamed the “BOAT” for “Best Of All Time,” Natalya is in the Guinness Book of Records for things like the most matches for any woman in WWE history and the most wins for any woman as well.

In the latest update, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that World Wrestling Entertainment is talking to Natalya about a new deal while noting the former WWE Women’s Champion is busy with outside projects as well.

“Natalya was still in contract talks as of this week. She’s also working on multiple outside projects and making sure they all align together.”

Natalya Appears On Multiple WWE Brands

In addition to appearing on the Raw brand regularly, Natalya is also a regular on NXT and has teamed up with Karmen Petrovic in recent months. Natalya’s husband Tyson Kidd is also one of the top Producers in the company.

Natalya and Tyson have a wrestling ring near their home in Tampa where they regularly work out with wrestlers in the company and help train wrestlers, including TNA’s Joe Hendry earlier this week.
