2000 – Eric Bischoff won the only championship of his career, the WCW Hardcore Championship in a match on Monday Nitro against Terry Funk. He gave the title to Big Vito and Johnny The Bull the next night on Thunder as a thank you for helping him defeat Funk.

2001 – Jeff Hardy defeated Jerry Lynn to win the WWF Light-Heavyweight Championship at a SmackDown taping in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

2004 – The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship changed hands in Osaka, Japan when Gedo & Jedo (wrestling as The World Class Tag Team) defeated American Dragon (Bryan Danielson) and Curry Man (Christopher Daniels)

2006 – WWE announced they had officially acquired the libraries for World Class Championship Wrestling and Stampede Wrestling. Eventually they would be offered as content on the WWE Network.
