1992 – Ric Flair defeated Sgt. Slaughter in a match for the Number One Contender spot for the WWF Championship at the TV tapings for WWF Superstars of Wrestling in Rochester, New York. Slaughter was kayfabe shocked by The Mountie with a new and enhanced shock-stick to kick start their house show feud of matches.

1996 – The Ultimate Warrior defeated Issac Yankem DDS in the main event of the live edition of WWF Monday Night Raw from Sioux City, Iowa. The live edition also featured an interview segment with WWF Champion Shawn Michaels counteracting accusations from Jim Cornette that Michaels attempted to kayfabe seduce Diana Smith, the wife of the British Bulldog. On the following taped editions The Undertaker defeated Owen Hart and Marc Mero pinned The 1-2-3 Kid which marked Sean Waltman’s final TV appearance in the WWF for two years. Shawn Michaels defended the WWF Title successfully against ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin in a dark match.

1996 – In the main event of NJPW ‘Battle Formation ’96’, Shinya Hashimoto defeated Nobuhiko Takada to win the IWGP Heavyweight Championshipvia submission.

2000 – Justin Credible retained the ECW World Heavyweight Title against Mikey Whipwreck at the ECW Hardcore TV tapings from Poughkeepshie, New York.

2001 – In the main event of WWF Backlash in Chicago WWF Champion Steve Austin & Intercontinental Champion Triple H defeated The Undertaker & Kane for the WWF Tag Team titles in a “Winner Takes All” match. This was the second occasion that the WWF World, Intercontinental and Tag Team titles were all on the line in a single match. Also Chris Beniot defeated Kurt Angle in an “Ultimate Submission” match, WWF Commissioner William Regal defeated Chris Jericho in a “Duchess Of Queensbury Rules” match. Jerry Lynn defeated Crash Holly for the WWF Light Heavyweight Title on Sunday Night Heat.

2002 – Steven Richards pinned Bubba Ray Dudley for the WWF Hardcore Title on WWF Raw in Buffalo, New York.

2006 – At the second night of ROH ‘Weekend of Champions’ in Cleveland, Ohio Austin Aires & Roderick Strong retained the ROH World Tag Team Titles against Alex Shelley & Jimmy Rave.

2007 – At WWE Backlash in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobby Lashley lost the ECW World Title when he was pinned by Mr Mahon in a 3-on-1 Handicap match. Mr MCMahon’s partners were Shane McMahon & Umaga. John Cena retained the WWE Championship in the Fatal Four Way main event against Edge, Randy Orton & Shawn Michaels and the Last Man Standing Match between The Undertaker & Batista for the World Heavyweight Title ended in a draw.

2012 – John Cena defeated Brock Lesnar in the main event of WWE Extreme Rules in Chicago, Illinois. This was Lesnar’s first match in WWE since WrestleMania XX in 2004. Also, Cody Rhodes defeated The Big Show for the Intercontinental Championship in a Tables match and Sheamus retained the World Heavyweight Title against Daniel Bryan in a 2 Out of 3 Falls match. Layla defeated Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship and CM Punk retained the WWE Title against Chris Jericho in a Chicago Street Fight.

2013 – The Shield (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose) defeated Daniel Bryan, John Cena & Kane in the main event of WWE Raw from Columbus, Ohio.

2017 – Christopher Daniels, Dalton Castle & Frankie Kazarian defeated ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson in the 6-Man tag team main event at ROH ‘Masters of the Craft’ from Hopkins, Minnesota.
