Vince McMahon Spotted With Current WWE Executive & 2 Legends (Video)

Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon has maintained a low profile for over a year now.

The former boss found himself embroiled in a major scandal after an ex-employee, Janel Grant, filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.

The complaint resulted in his resignation from the TKO Board of Directors, although he continues to hold a share in WWE.

Amid the lawsuit, the 79-year-old started his own company, 14TH & I, aimed at promoting sports, media, and entertainment.

There were reports that he had hired a few former World Wrestling Entertainment employees, too.

Speaking of employees, Vince McMahon was spotted with a couple of them in New York.

In a fan video shared on social media, McMahon can be seen emerging from a restaurant, later followed by WWE Executive Director Bruce Prichard and retired wrestlers John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) and Gerald Brisco.

Prichard is also a current booker and producer, and was featured in the company’s recent docuseries WWE: Unreal.

JBL performs the role of a color commentator from time to time and recently appeared during the Triplemania supercard in New Mexico.

Meanwhile, Brisco was a talent scout for the Stamford promotion. He is known for his Attitude Era appearances alongside the late Pat Patterson as Vince McMahon’s “stooges.”

JBL Recalls Heated Confrontations With Vince McMahon

Judging by the latest video, JBL seems to be sharing a healthy relationship with Vince McMahon.

However, their bond has not always been that strong. During his recent appearance on the Something to Wrestle With podcast, Bradshaw recalled almost coming to blows with McMahon during his title reign.

Vince got up, and I thought we were going to fight one time… it was over a match… he said something that made it seem like we didn’t care, and that sat with me wrong. I told him, ‘Don’t you ever question my passion.’ And I bucked up to him, right in front of everybody. That’s something you don’t do to Vince. [H/T: PWMania]

He said that the duo resolved the tension quickly, continuing to pursue their professional relationship.
