Major Update In Janel Grant’s Case Against Vince McMahon

Janel Grant has secured a breakthrough in her case against Vince McMahon.

The former WWE employee had filed a lawsuit against the former boss, accusing him and his associates of sexual abuse and trafficking.

In her lawsuit, she also named Dr. Carlon Colker and his Peak Wellness clinic guilty of withholding complete medical records, which led to McMahon exerting control over her.

According to Grant, Vince McMahon had advised her to seek treatment with the clinic around November 2019.

Across multiple treatments, she received undisclosed pills and IV infusions without informed consent. The lawsuit even claimed that one of the clinic’s employees participated in the sexual abuse alongside McMahon.

Dr. Colker and Peak Wellness denied all the accusations.

In July 2024, Janel Grant’s lawyer filed a pre-discovery petition in the Connecticut Superior Court to obtain full medical records as well as communication between Colker and McMahon.

The court has now produced its ruling, which can turn the case on its head.

Judge Rules In Favor Of Janel Grant Against Vince McMahon

Journalist B.J. Bethel took to X to share the ruling from Judge Colleen Zingaro.

The judgment means that the discovery will continue against Dr. Colker and his clinic, with the defendants now asked to produce full medical records and communications with McMahon.

Previously, Colker had filed a defamation lawsuit against Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis, and the Holland Law Firm.
