Tony Khan Does AEW Star’s Dance After Grand Slam (VIDEO)

Tony Khan AEW

Tony Khan was enjoying himself in New York City after AEW Grand Slam.

A huge night of Grand Slam action took place in Arthur Ashe Stadium with Dynamite airing live and Rampage being taped for Friday night.

The live show saw MJF manage to retain his AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe but there could be a worry going forward with the Ring of Honor Tag Team Championship as Adam Cole was taken to hospital after the show.

There was injury concern as well for Jon Moxley as he was apparently concussed during his AEW International Title match with Rey Fenix which led to a new champion being crowned in a major change of plans.

It was not a good night for Chris Jericho either as despite beating Sammy Guevara on Dynamite, he was then on the end of a low blow from Guevara that looked very similar to the one Jericho delivered to Shawn Michaels after their bout at WrestleMania 19. Don Callis soon made his presence felt revealing that he has recruited The Spanish God to his family as he continues to try and destroy Jericho’s life.

Despite her burgeoning popularity as a star of the golden era, there was no success to be found for Toni Storm in New York City as she failed to dethrone Saraya as AEW Women’s World Champion.

Tony Khan lets off steam after big night for AEW

Tony Khan often makes an appearance at AEW shows after they have gone off the air and it was no different in New York City. Video has emerged of Tony Khan joining Isiah Kassidy and Daniel Garcia on the stage. Garcia hit his world-famous dance before encouraging the AEW boss to join in, something he seemed happy to do as the New York crowd cheered on.

The full spoilers for Rampage Grand Slam which will air on the 22nd of September can be found here and that show saw a former tag team finally confront each other on the show.
