Several WWE Stars Look Set For WrestleMania 40

The first suggestions of which WWE stars will compete at WrestleMania 40 have come to light.

WrestleMania 40 will take place in Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA on the 6th and 7th of April 2024. It is the first time that WrestleMania has returned to the City of Brotherly Love since 1999 on a show that was headlined by Stone Cold Steve Austin winning the WWE Championship from The Rock.

WrestleMania moved to a two-night affair in 2020 due to the pandemic but it has remained that way ever since with a whole weekend of action awaiting fans.

Which WWE stars will be at WrestleMania 40?

With WrestleMania still 8 months away and the card always subject to change, anything could happen to the final line-up between now and then but WWE has given their first indication of which stars could be on the show.

Tickets for the event will go on sale imminently and WWE has produced a graphic that showcases several stars who could well be on the show.

It is no surprise that WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is front and centre as he could be in line for his fourth WrestleMania main event in a row. Reigns is joined by World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and Brock Lesnar. Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley appears on the graphic along with Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Asuka.

Should Roman Reigns find himself in the main event of WrestleMania 40 as is expected, he will draw level with Hulk Hogan for the most main events on the grandest stage of them all in history with eight.
