A young WWE superstar is grateful for the advice she received from Triple H after a mishap on Raw.

Sol Ruca is among the many new faces on the WWE main roster following WrestleMania. After spending several years in NXT, Ruca has shown she is more than ready for the main roster.

On the May 4th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, Sol Ruca officially joined the Raw roster when the Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch rudely interrupted.

When Lynch tried a cheap shot punch, Ruca moved, and Lynch accidentally hit Raw General Manager, Adam Pearce. Ruca capitalized on Lynch’s miss by jumping off the ropes and hitting her incredible Sol Snatcher finishing move. On her first attempt at jumping on the ropes, Ruca actually slipped and then hit the leaping Cutter correctly right after.

Sadly, in today’s era, there are many unruly fans on social media who like to mock wrestlers for messing up a move, even though it’s not easy being a pro wrestler.

While speaking to Ringer Wrestling, Ruca talked about missing that Sol Snatcher on Raw and the reaction to it.

“Social media is tough, especially with the trolls and people hating. I feel like a lot of us just want to know what people think. We want to know if people like our matches. We want to know if they’re invested and whatnot.

But I feel like it doesn’t matter how many good comments we see, if we see one of those bad ones that strikes a nerve, we’re just like ‘Oh my God, I’m the worst. I did terribly.’

“But yeah it’s just something you have to learn to work through, I think it’s going to be an ongoing thing. I don’t think any of us are ever going to completely get over that.”

WWE Boss Triple H Advised Sol Ruca To Avoid Social Media

As she continued, Sol Ruca acknowledged that WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, called her after the Sol Snatcher spot on Raw and advised her to avoid social media.

“I did have Triple H call me after my debut with Becky and the promo and stuff and he was like, ‘I just want you to know you did a great job.’

I was like ‘Yeah, I’m just gonna stay off social media, not 100% happy with how it turned out.’ But he was like ‘We think you did amazing, don’t worry about it, don’t go on social media.’”

He really just gave me that ok of like ‘You’re fine, don’t care what people say, we think you did amazing and just keep doing what you’re doing.’”

Sol Ruca will be in action against Becky Lynch on the May 23rd edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in a match that won’t be for Lynch’s Intercontinental Title.
