Mandy Rose Reacts To Fan Asking If She’s Retired From Wrestling

Mandy Rose

Mandy Rose might not be done with pro wrestling just yet.

In December 2022, Rose was at the top of the NXT women’s division, having reigned as the Women’s Champion for over 400 days with the assistance of her Toxic Attraction teammates, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.

However, on the December 13th edition of NXT 2.0, she unexpectedly lost the title to Roxanne Perez. Things quickly went downhill from there as the following day she was released from WWE, with it emerging she had been producing adult content on her exclusive fan site.

In the seven months since then, Mandy Rose has kept away from the ring, but she doesn’t consider herself to have retired.

While hosting a fan Q&A session on Instagram, Rose was asked about her in-ring future. The star said that, while she’s “pretty busy” just now, she doesn’t know what she might do in the future.

“I don’t know if ‘retires’ is the right word, but I’m not doing it right now. I don’t know about the future. Pretty busy right now, doing a lot of things and all is well, so.”

Rose also addressed her in-ring future during a recent appearance on The Ethan, Lou & Large Dave Show. While not ruling out resuming her wrestling career, Rose pointed to multiple other projects she is currently working.

“I’m on a little bit of a different path now, I’m in a little transitional phase. I’m no longer with the WWE right now.

“Not to say that I won’t wrestle in the future, I’m not really sure, but I’m taking a break right now and I’m focusing on my skincare line, my other brands, DaMandyz Donutz, helping out at my dad’s deli, I have some plans in the works that I want to help out with them and do some things.”
