LA Knight Spells Out World Title Plans
LA Knight has his eyes on the biggest prizes in WWE.
LA Knight has been the people’s choice for most of 2023 in WWE now with crowds getting behind him at shows and with their money at the merch table despite him not always being featured in high-profile slots on shows.
Many fans had expected Knight to capture the Money In The Bank briefcase in London, England but in the end, that victory went to The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest. WWE was said to be considering the right time to pull the trigger on Knight and they may have begun his climb to the top when he won the Slim Jim Battle Royal at SummerSlam.
LA Knight made a big splash on WWE Raw
On Monday Night Raw in Minneapolis, The Miz took to the ring to run his mouth about the lack of disrespect he received from LA Knight, who refused to shake the A-Lister’s hand. This brought out Knight to a rapturous reception and he and The Miz dressed each other down verbally before The Miz tried to attack the star.
LA Knight got the better of the exchange to leave The Miz laying with a Blunt Force Trauma. While The Miz was laid out, Knight made sure to shake his hand.
Following the show, LA Knight appeared in an interview on Raw Talk where he discussed his issues with The Miz and perhaps more interestingly spelled out his aspirations to one day hold either the WWE Universal or World Heavyweight Championship.
What does @RealLAKnight have to say about @mikethemiz following their meeting on #WWERaw?
Find out right now on #RAWTalk! YEAH!

The current World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins had more immediate problems on Raw rather than LA Knight’s aspirations as he was attacked by Shinsuke Nakamura after the two stars had teamed with Cody Rhodes to defeat The Judgment Day.
