How Bronson Reed’s Injury Affects Masked Man WWE Storyline
Bronson Reed was injured on WWE Raw this week.
A few weeks ago, on the February 2 edition of Monday Night Raw, Bron Breakker injured himself while flipping a heavy commentary table in a fit of rage. He underwent emergency surgery and is out indefinitely. According to reports, he will miss this year’s WrestleMania.
Then, on the February 23 edition of WWE’s flagship show, Bronson Reed sustained a torn bicep during a Triple Threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Jey Uso and Original El Grande Americano while trying to break up a pinfall. He has also been ruled out of Elimination Chamber and is expected to miss WrestleMania 42, just like Breakker.
When Breakker got injured, WWE still had Bronson Reed to carry on The Vision storyline. However, with Reed now sidelined as well, all the weight of The Vision faction has fallen on Logan Paul and Austin Theory.
WWE Needs To Be Extra Careful With The Unveiling Of The Masked Man After Bronson Reed’s Injury, Says Bully Ray
WWE veteran Bully Ray believes this is a very crucial time for The Vision following Reed’s injury on Raw. Speaking on a recent episode of the Busted Open podcast, Ray stated that Bronson Reed’s injury makes it vital for WWE to be very careful with the masked man storyline.
He added that when WWE finally unmasks the attacker, it has to be a complete shock for the audience.
“I believe that this injury makes the unmasking of the mass man a little bit more important, where it’s got to be somebody now that you’re like, “Wow.””(From 5:40 to 5:52)
The masked man has been plaguing The Vision since earlier this year. He first attacked Breakker during the men’s Royal Rumble match and has since appeared multiple times on Raw, where he attacked Theory and Paul during their matches.
