Jade Cargill secured one of the biggest wins of her WWE career in a six-woman tag team match to kick off Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV.

The high-stakes tag team match saw Rhea Ripley team up with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss against Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab.

The crowd at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum erupted as Ripley and Cargill started the contest, though The Storm quickly taunted the audience by tagging out to B-Fab. The Eradicator quickly asserted her dominance by leveling B-Fab with a clothesline before tagging in Alexa Bliss, who controlled the pace against Michin with a slick basement dropkick.

Charlotte Flair then entered and executed a series of unique rolling slams on Michin. Bliss followed up with a high-flying crossbody to the outside, but Cargill quickly turned the tide by blindsiding Bliss with a brutal kick on the arena floor.

The heel trio capitalized on the opening, slowing the match down and isolating Flair in their corner. When The Queen finally shifted the momentum with a back body drop and went for a tag, B-Fab rushed across the apron to cut her off with a clothesline. Flair eventually broke free to make the tag to the WWE Women’s Champion, allowing Ripley to clear house alongside Flair and Bliss.

After successfully taking out Michin and B-Fab, the babyface trio celebrated with a mid-ring group hug, and that’s when everything changed. Jade Cargill blindsided all three women from behind. She then delivered Jaded to Rhea Ripley and pinned the WWE Women’s Champion for the win.

This pinfall sends shockwaves through the women’s division. By pinning the champion, Cargill has cemented her status as the ultimate threat to Ripley’s historic title reign.
