Jacob Fatu reportedly suffered a legitimate injury ahead of WWE Clash in Italy.

The Samoan Werewolf is currently feuding with his cousin, Roman Reigns, over the Undisputed WWE Championship. The two superstars clashed at Backlash. Although The OTC came out on top, it was his cousin who had the last laugh after viciously attacking him after the match.

While Adam Pearce wanted to fire Fatu for attacking WWE officials at Backlash, Reigns gave his cousin one last chance to acknowledge him. However, Fatu challenged him to Tribal Combat instead. The Samoan Werewolf would now have to either acknowledge The OTC or get fired if he loses this Sunday.

Jacob Fatu Could Miss WWE Clash In Italy

Ahead of his Tribal Combat with Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu suffered a legitimate back injury during a Street Fight with Solo Sikoa at a WWE live event in Liverpool, England, according to False Finish.

The report added that WWE sources expect The Samoan Werewolf to be okay for his showdown with Reigns. Cory Hays of False Finish later provided an update on X, revealing that Creative is considering potential pivots in case Fatu is not ready by Sunday.

They are under the assumption that Jacob will be fine by Sunday. In the case that Fatu is not fine, WWE is currently looking into potential pivots.
