Solo Sikoa Makes Shock Roman Reigns Claim On WWE SmackDown

Solo Sikoa delivered some Roman Reigns news to Paul Heyman on SmackDown and it won’t be what Heyman or WWE fans want to hear.

Roman Reigns has not been seen in WWE since losing his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. Since then, Solo Sikoa has rung the changes in The Bloodline, kicking out Jimmy Uso for his own WrestleMania failure as he recruited former NJPW stars Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to the group.

On SmackDown in Chicago, CM Punk returned to his hometown to the usual hero’s welcome. Punk was soon joined by an old friend as Paul Heyman made his way to the ring with the two men embracing. But Heyman was there to warn Punk to get out of dodge before Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline took him out.

The Bloodline soon appeared and gave Punk one last chance to leave before Punk told them all he saw was a “phoney Tribal Chief” and some “fake ass Usos.” With The Bloodline circling, Cody Rhodes appeared with a couple of baseball bats to send Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa into retreat.

Solo Sikoa Has Bad News For Paul Heyman

That led to a main event on the show between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa but before Sikoa made his entrance he had an interesting conversation with Paul Heyman. Heyman noted that even Roman Reigns – referring to Reigns as The Tribal Chief – said CM Punk was off limits due to Heyman’s long-time relationship with him but Solo Sikoa told Heyman “Wiseman, I hate to be the one to tell you because I love you, but Roman, he’s not coming back.”

Sikoa’s grip on The Bloodline tightened by the end of the show as Jacob Fatu made his shock WWE debut and joined the group as they laid waste to Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton.
