Nia Jax Tells Jade Cargill “You’ll Never Forget Your First”

Nia Jax swings chair at Jade Cargill

Nia Jax is flying high after handing Jade Cargill her first WWE defeat.

With the Queen of the Ring tournament hotting up, Jade Cargill and Nia Jax met in the quarter-finals on SmackDown. To add to the intrigue, if Cargill won, she would be in line to face her tag team partner Bianca Belair in the next round after The EST got the better of Tiffany Stratton earlier in the night.

However, it wasn’t to be for Cargill who was outsmarted by her rival. Jax taunted Cargill’s daughter who was watching at ringside, causing the former AEW star to snap and hit her with a steel chair leading to a disqualification.

While appearing on SmackDown LowDown, Jax made sure to let the world know just how she was with her win.

“Controversial, are you kidding me? Did you not see how good I did? I won. I beat the amazing, strong, impressive, Jade Cargill. You know, you’ll have plenty of losses, but you’ll never forget your first. Soon, you’re going to be addressing me as ‘Queen Nia.’ So maybe you should get used to saying that.”

In the King of the Ring tournament, there were wins for Randy Orton and Tama Tonga.

Booker T Won’t Be Managing Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair

In recent weeks there have been calls from some fans for Booker T to manage Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill after they won the Women’s Tag Team Titles. However, the WWE Hall of Famer has dismissed the pitch, explaining that while he likes the idea, he’s got no desire to return to the main roster.

Instead, he’s happy watching the pair enjoy success from a distance while he commentates on NXT.
