The WWE-TNA crossover continues.

The opening match of the July 4th episode of TNA iMPACT! ended in chaos following the unscheduled arrival of NXT star Charlie Dempsey. During a match between Trey Miguel and Leon Slater, the second-generation star marched to the ring and attacked both men before even taking out the referee.

When the madness finally subsided, Zachary Wentz challenged Dempsey to a match on July 11th.

Dempsey has become WWE’s go-to man when it comes to crossovers, with the star appearing in All Japan Pro Wrestling in late 2023 and January 2024.

Booker T Wants Top TNA Star In WWE

Meanwhile, on a recent episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T discussed the relationship between WWE and TNA. Looking ahead to more potential crossovers, Booker said he would like to see Moose get a match in a WWE ring, recalling working with the star in the past with his Reality of Wrestling promotion.

Moose is the current TNA World Champion, recently retaining the gold with a win over Matt Hardy at Against All Odds. After the match, The System attacked Hardy, but Jeff Hardy made a surprise return to TNA, coming to the aid of his brother.
