WWE has a couple of weeks to stack up the WrestlePalooza card.

Only one match each has been added to the men’s and women’s division. After the September 5 SmackDown episode, a match between long-standing rivals John Cena and Brock Lesnar was finalized.

Previously, on the September 1 episode of RAW, a Stephanie Vaquer vs. Iyo Sky match for the vacant Women’s World Championship was added to the premium live event.

Vaquer was scheduled to face Naomi at WWE Clash in Paris, but the match was called off after the latter announced her pregnancy.

A WWE Hall of Famer expects another women’s match to be added to the line-up.

During a recent appearance on the Busted Open podcast, Mark Henry explained his take on the women’s division at the PLE.

Something has gotta come up to where there’s more than one [women’s] match-up. When I say that, I don’t think it’ll be a rematch of Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton. I think there might be some Jade Cargill involved. There might be some Nia Jax involved. I mean, hell, they might be able to make it an eight to 10-woman Battle Royal for all I know. Where is Charlotte [Flair] gonna come into play? Where is Bayley?

Women’s Tag Team Title Match May Be Added To WWE Wrestlepalooza

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship from The Judgment Day duo of Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez at SummerSlam.

They successfully defended the titles against the pair on the 4th August episode of RAW.

They were scheduled to defend the belts again on August 29 taping of SmackDown against The Secret Hervice. However, a pre-match attack left Charlotte injured.

On the latest episode of the blue brand, Flair appeared to still have not fully recovered, but it gives her a couple of more weeks, with Wrestlepalooza slated for September 20.
