Two Championships Officially Added To WWE Roster
WWE has officially recognized two of its major championships by adding them to the roster page.
The two titles in question are the EVOLVE Men’s and Women’s Championships, both unveiled on May 7, 2025.
WWE EVOLVE is the company’s developmental system, similar to NXT, and has its own championships.
While the men’s belt is held by Jackson Drake, Kendal Grey is the women’s champion.
Drake won the title by defeating Keanu Carver, Sean Legacy, and Edris Enofe in a fatal four-way elimination match aired on June 4.
Grey, on the other hand, won the title at EVOLVE: Succession by defeating Kali Armstrong.
Kendal Grey has helped feature the EVOLVE Women’s Championship through regular appearances on NXT. On the October 28 taping of NXT, Grey successfully defended the belt against Lash Legend.
She will next defend it against Lainey Reid of Fatal Influence during NXT Gold Rush Week 2, to be aired on November 25.
On the same show, Jackson Drake will defend the EVOLVE Men’s Championship against Sean Legacy.
WWE NXT Gold Rush Promises Exciting Matches
NXT Gold Rush is a two-week affair in WWE, with various championships on the line.
During Week 1 on November 18, Blake Monroe will put her Women’s North American Championship on the line against Sol Ruca, who has been declared fit for in-ring competition.
Although her male counterpart won’t be defending his singles title, he will defend the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships with Chelsea Green versus Joe Hendy and Thea Hail.
Elsewhere, Jacy Jayne convinced NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley to give her a rematch for the title.
Also, during Week 2, Zaria and Fallon Henley will compete for the vacant Women’s Speed Championship, and Kelani Jordan will defend the TNA Knockouts Championship against Jordynne Grace and Lei Ying Lee.
