Jackson Drake was crowned as the first-ever WWE Evolve Champion.

WWE made history this week as Jackson Drake won a four-way elimination match to become the first-ever WWE Evolve Champion, solidifying his place in the brand’s legacy.

Jackson Drake earned his championship opportunity after winning a qualifying match in April against Lice Dorado and Jordan Oasis. In the main event, he battled Sean Legacy, Keanu Carver and Edris Enofe in a hard-hitting four-way elimination bout.

Carver and Enofe were eliminated early, leaving Drake to go toe-to-toe with Legacy. Drake sealed the win with a jumping knee followed by a running knee to pin his opponent. After the match, he was presented the title by Je’Von Evans and celebrated alongside his Vanity Project allies Brad Baylor, Ricky Smookes, Zayda Steel and Bryce Donovan, marking a major career milestone for the North Carolina star.
