Triple H’s Sharp Response To WWE/Vince McMahon Question

Triple H WWE

Triple H didn’t have much to say when asked about the ongoing legal situation involving his father-in-law Vince McMahon and WWE.

WWE has continued its tradition of holding press conferences after premium live events in Toronto following Money In The Bank. That show saw WWE Champion Cody Rhodes get pinned as he looks set to continue his ongoing war with The Bloodline.

Drew McIntyre was screwed by CM Punk once again after the Scottish star won and then cashed in his Money In The Bank on the same night. Punk stopped McIntyre from claiming the World Heavyweight Championship as Damian Priest retained his title.

John Cena also announced his WWE retirement in a shock appearance in Toronto. Cena also touted that he’d be at the press conference after the show and he’d answer any question. However, that theory was tested when John Cena dodged a question about disgraced ex-WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.

Triple H Can’t Discuss Vince McMahon’s Legal Issues

Vince McMahon is the subject of a lawsuit accusing him of serious sexual assault. However, that claim has been put on hold as the US Government continues its own investigation into McMahon. Triple H was asked by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics if WWE was continuing to cooperate with that investigation but he avoided the matter, simply stating:

I can’t talk about legal stuff at the moment.

Triple H did address a huge botch during the Money In The Bank show as the World Heavyweight Title match between Damian Priest and Seth Rollins almost ended a lot sooner than expected.
