Owen Hart Cups To Kick Off On AEW Dynamite
AEW has confirmed that the Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments will begin on Dynamite and announce two huge matches to start them off.
In September 2021, AEW announced the launch of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, also known as the Owen Hart Cup. The tournament features men’s and women’s brackets, and the first winners were crowned at Double or Nothing in 2022.
On the pre-show for Double Or Nothing 2024, Tony Khan appeared with Dr Martha Hart to reveal that this year, and for the first time ever, the male and female winners of the tournaments will receive AEW World Title shots at AEW All In on August 25th in Wembley Stadium.
Bryan Danielson was the first star to announce his entry into the men’s tournament as he looks to win AEW’s biggest prize during his last full-time year as a member of the roster. And now the tournaments are set to begin.
Men’s & Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments To Begin
