Major NXT Star Appears On Raw

One major NXT star made their presence felt on WWE Raw.

Tiffany Stratton recently caught the attention of Becky Lynch when, on the Heatwave special edition episode, Stratton stated that she would be the greatest champion of all time, being greater than former champions Bayley, Asuka, and Charlotte Flair. Stratton also listed Lynch’s name in the promo, which did not go unnoticed by Lynch.

Lynch quoted the promo by Stratton on social media and noted that she has not held Stratton’s title, but that could change in the near future:

I haven’t been NXT Women’s Champion…yet.

Could NXT’s Tiffany Stratton have Becky Lynch in her sights?

Now it seems that the NXT Women’s Champion could be closer to a showdown with Becky Lynch than previously thought after Tiffany Stratton made an appearance on Monday Night Raw.

Becky Lynch was in the night’s main event as she took on Zoey Stark in a Falls Count Anywhere match and it was during that wild bout that Stratton was shown watching on intently.

In the end, Lynch was able to pick up the win over Stark despite the best efforts of WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. The end of the bout came when Becky Lynch drove Stark through a table. Lynch will surely be hoping for a similar result when she takes on Stratus in a Steel Cage match at Payback.
