Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn’s Next Feud All But Confirmed On SmackDown

It looks like Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn could have new challengers very soon.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will put their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on the line against Finn Balor and Damian Priest of The Judgment Day in a Steel City Street Fight at Payback. If Owens and Zayn can hang on to their championship following that bout, SmackDown may have given a hint as to who will be coming after them next.

Bobby Lashley came to the ring on SmackDown where he lifted the lid on his new relationship with The Street Profits. He invited the Profits to join him in the ring before issuing a warning to the rest of the WWE locker room as he said:

“We’re coming for power, control and Championship gold. We are coming for it all.”

The three men then made their way to the back only to be met by Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens who were making their way to the ring for their match with the LWO. There was a brief staredown between the WWE Tag Team Champions and The Street Profits, indicating that Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins could be coming after the gold very soon.

Who else joined Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn on WWE SmackDown?

Jimmy Uso was confronted backstage by AJ Styles after being rude to Mia Yim which led to Solo Sikoa taking on The Phenomenal One in the main event of the show. This bout furthered The Bloodline drama as after Styles lost due to interference from Uso, Sikoa almost hit his older brother with a Samoan Spike only for Paul Heyman to call Sikoa off. All of that drama came after Jimmy Uso was dropped with an Attitude Adjustment by the returning John Cena.

Damage CTRL failed to give Bayley a win against Shotzi as Charlotte Flair helped even the odds allowing Shotzi to pick up one of the biggest wins of her career. It was also a big night for one WWE star who picked up their first win on the main roster.
