Jade Cargill has yet to win a major title on the main roster.

The Storm debuted on SmackDown in March 2024. Since then, she has earned notable victories, even becoming the women’s tag team champion with Bianca Belair.

Cargill was briefly written off in November that year, but she returned at the 2025 Elimination Chamber PLE.

As a singles competitor now, her quest for major gold remains her priority.

She competed in the Queen of the Ring Tournament, which she won by defeating Asuka in the final at WWE Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia.

As a result, Jade Cargill will challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam on August 2.

Stratton recently defended her title at the all-women’s Evolution PLE against Trish Stratus.

Jade Cargill Will Beat Tiffany Stratton For One Major Reason

According to a former WWE star, Jade Cargill goes into the match with a unique edge.

Aiden English appeared on the latest REBOOKED Wrestling Podcast to explain why Cargill might beat Tiffany Stratton on Saturday.

I think Jade is gonna win solely because I think…you don’t have to have what…I think one of the two King or Queen of the Rings is probably gonna win and I don’t think it’s Cody. [1:02:36 onwards]

Nia Jax won the Queen of the Ring Tournament in 2024. She went on to defeat then-Women’s Champion Bayley at SummerSlam, securing her second world title.

As for Cody Rhodes, he won the King of the Ring Tournament by defeating Randy Orton at NOC. He will challenge John Cena for the Undisputed WWE Championship on August 3.
