Jade Cargill Files Trademark For WWE Ring Name

Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill’s WWE in-ring debut is inching closer.

On September 26th Cargill became the biggest AEW star since Cody Rhodes to make the jump to WWE. It was reported that the former TBS Champion had signed a multi-year deal, with WWE treating the acquisition as a major coup for the company.

Although she’s yet to wrestle for WWE, the star has made a number of on-screen appearances in recent weeks, hinting that fans won’t have to wait too long to see her in action.

Cargill has now filed to trademark her WWE ring name — and yes, she’s obviously keeping her real name. The filing was made by Jade Cargill LLC.

Jade Cargill Comes Face To Face With Charlotte Flair

On September 13th, Jade Cargill made her most recent on-screen appearance running into Charlotte Flair.

Following a meeting with new General Manager Nick Aldis, Flair turned to leave his office before being met by Cargill. The pair exchanged words, seemingly hinting at a match at some point in the future.

While it’s unknown which brand Cargill will be on, Charlotte Flair will be back in the ring on the October 20th episode of SmackDown when she’ll challenge for the Women’s Title.
