Hulk Hogan Claims WWE Contract Isn’t A Legends Deal
Hulk Hogan has denied he signed a Legends deal with WWE.
During an interview back in September, Hulk Hogan revealed he’d signed a new five-year contract with WWE. The comments surprised many as Hogan had been met with split reactions during many of his most recent appearances.
At the time, Hogan said the deal was “for the licensing and merchandising stuff, and ambassador stuff,” while he said he’d be open to featuring at WrestleMania. With few details available, most assumed Hogan’s contract was some sort of Legends deal, however, according to the man himself, that isn’t the case.
During an appearance on the PBD Podcast, Hogan said he hasn’t signed a Legends deal, adding that “there’s a lot more to it than that.”
“Last year, year and a half ago, I signed a five-year deal with WWE, and it’s not a legends deal, there’s a lot more to it than that. But we’ve got a ton of projects, documentary stuff, movie stuff,”
Hulk Hogan Makes Bizarre Madonna Claim
As has become something of a trademark in recent years, Hulk Hogan also made a series of stunning claims about his life in wrestling.
During the same conversation, Hogan said he turned down late-night offers from both Madonna and Cher due to being married. Hogan said the offers showed how big his name had become, although he politely declined on both occasions as he was married.
