Ex-WWE Star Opens Door To Possible AEW Move

Following her exit from WWE in late September, fans have speculated about Jazmyn Nyx’s next wrestling destination.

Since July last year, Nyx was part of the Fatal Influence faction on NXT, alongside Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley, until her departure.

On the September 23 edition of NXT, the 27-year-old was shown to have been taken out by a mysterious attacker. Jayne and Henley appeared on the scene, with the former saying, “It was time to drop her anyway.”

The next day, it was announced that Jazmyn Nyx had left WWE due to failed contract negotiations.

She recently appeared on The Ariel Helwani Show, where she spoke about a possible move to All Elite Wrestling.

Nyx admitted that that is one question she gets asked often, but clarified that she had not held any talks with AEW.

But yeah, there’s definitely been a lot of help and positive feedback for me. A lot of people were like, ‘Oh, you’re going to AEW?’ Yeah, that’s obviously the question — I knew people were going to ask that.

Is there any interest from me? I don’t know. I haven’t talked to them yet, they haven’t reached out. But like I said, I’m still keeping everything open. I really have no clue — I’m a very go-with-the-flow person, so whatever comes my way, that’s probably what I’ll end up doing. [H/T: Ringside News]

Fatal Influence Makes An Impact On WWE NXT

Fatal Influence didn’t waste time replacing Jazmyn Nyx. A couple of weeks after her departure, Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley officially named Lainey Reid as the new member of their faction.

On the latest WWE NXT taping, the trio confronted The Culling’s Tatum Paxley and Izzy Dame, setting up a 2-v-2 tag team match.

Reid officially wrestled in her first match as part of the faction.

Jayne, who will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Paxley at Halloween Havoc, got the winning pin over her future singles opponent.

However, after the match, the heel trio isolated Paxley, before she managed to thwart away the threat and celebrated with the women’s title.

Halloween Havoc will take place on October 25.
