Eric Bischoff Clashes With AEW Star

Eric Bischoff has found himself at odds with an AEW star.

During his career, Eric Bischoff has been no stranger and he seems in no mood to slow down now. In recent years Bischoff has been a vocal critic of AEW and President Tony Khan — something that’s now landed him in hot water with one of the company’s stars.

During an exchange on social media, Bischoff scoffed at the idea of AEW becoming profitable.

Dax Harwood quickly replied to the post, writing that Bischoff’s behaviour was “stalkerish.”

I know it’s your gimmick and the other guys pay you well to bury AEW, but checking out your timeline & all the Tony tweets and RT’s, it looks very stalkerish. Netflix “Baby Reindeer” would do you a bit of good, my brother in Christ.”

Bischoff shot back:

Says the chunky little monkey that studies my timeline. That’s weird.

Eric Bischoff Wants AEW To Do Better With Mercedes Mone

On a recent episode of his podcast, Eric Bischoff hit out at AEW for its handling of Mercedes Mone.

The WWE Hall of Famer said that while he’s a fan of Mone, she shouldn’t be cutting lengthy promos as that’s not her strength. Bischoff added that the former WWE star is losing value every time she opens her mouth in such segments.

Meanwhile, it’s been announced that Mercedes Mone will make her long-awaited AEW in-ring debut at Double or Nothing on May 26th.
