Becky Lynch Makes Major Acting Career Announcement
Becky Lynch has had a fantastic heel run in WWE of late.
In addition to mesmerizing the fans with her maneuvers inside the squared circle, she has also pursued her aspirations of appearing in films and television series.
And fans of Star Trek can look forward to seeing her in the upcoming Star Trek: Starfleet Academy series.
Becky Lynch also portrayed a character named Flex in the Netflix movie Happy Gilmore 2, with Adam Sandler reprising his role from the 1996 film.
The 38-year-old star made a surprising revelation about Season 2 of the Star Trek series on Cody Rhodes’ podcast, What Do You Wanna Talk About?, even though the first season has yet to premiere.
It was great. I loved it, I loved it. I believe I’m coming back for the second season, which I think they’re gonna be filming soon…it was an incredible experience, and you’re going through 12, 14-hour days and just, lilke, I didn’t wanna leave. [48:01 onwards]
Season 1 of Starfleet Academy is set to release in early 2026.
Becky Lynch Reveals WWE Dream Team
Survivor Series: WarGames is scheduled for November, but Becky Lynch discussed her dream team on Cody Rhodes’ podcast.
Surprisingly, she named one of her former rivals as part of her team, and the only other woman on the team.
The Man, obviously, chose her husband, Seth Rollins, real name Colby Lopez.
Colby (Seth Rollins), right? Colby is one. Kevin (Owens) and Rami (Sami Zayn) are two and three. Like, I’ve known those boys since 2006.
When selecting her female pick, Lynch gave it a fair amount of thought before naming one of her biggest rivals.
I might throw Bianca (Belair) in there. Bianca is incredible.
Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair have wrestled in high-profile matches, including at WrestleMania. At WrestleMania 38, Belair defeated the Irish Lasskicker to win the RAW Women’s Championship.
On the podcast, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion shared Dusty Rhodes’ last words to her.
