Alexa Bliss Gives Health Update After Bloody WWE SmackDown Match
Alexa Bliss has provided an update to concerned WWE fans following her bloody nose on SmackDown.
The team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss have become allies on the WWE SmackDown brand over the last few months. The team, which has combined to win 19 singles Women’s Championships on the main roster in their illustrious careers, insists that they are not friends, despite appearing to get along very well on television.
On WWE SmackDown in Cleveland, Alexa Bliss faced Roxanne Perez in singles action. Bliss had Flair in her corner while Perez had her fellow Women’s Tag Team Champion Raquel Rodriguez in her corner. The two teams are set to clash for the Women’s Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam.
During the match, it was very even most of the way. While Bliss was in control in the ring, Raquel kicked Flair down on the floor. Bliss was right there, so Bliss jumped onto Raquel on the floor with a Twisted Bliss attack to knock Raquel down. It appeared at that point that Bliss suffered a bloody nose.
When Bliss got back into the ring, Perez was ready for her and rolled her up for the pinfall while Perez also grabbed the nearby rope for leverage. The referee never saw the rope grab while Perez walked away with the victory.
As you can see in the photo below, Bliss had a bloody nose by the end of her match.

Later in the show, Alexa Bliss was shown backstage checking on her bloody nose. Charlotte Flair said that she’s sorry about her nose and said that this can’t happen at SummerSlam. Bliss thanked Flair for checking on her. Flair said they are partners. Bliss thought she would say friends. Flair said that after they became champions at SummerSlam, she would think about it.
Alexa Bliss Assures WWE Fans That She Is Doing Fine
The good news for Alexa Bliss and her fans is that it doesn’t appear as if the bloody nose suffered on WWE SmackDown led to any sort of injury. Sometimes, a bloody nose or lip happens during wrestling matches. On Twitter/X, the former WWE Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss assured fans that she was fine.
I’m 1000000% totally Fine 🙂 thank you
