AEW Rampage Spoilers For June 14th 2024
AEW Dynamite took place in Des Moines, Iowa with a huge title match headlining that show but afterwards, the company taped the next edition of Rampage.
Dynamite saw AEW International Champion Will Ospreay put his gold on the line against Rey Fenix who had earned the title shot on the previous week’s show by winning a four-way contest. Ospreay proved too much for the luchador in the end and retained his gold.
Mercedes Mone also put her TBS Title on the line against CMLL’s Zeuxis. Mone picked up the win to ensure she will head into Forbidden Door for her huge double title match against Stephanie Vaquer.
There were other Forbidden Door implications on the show as Jack Perry faced Dustin Rhodes in a qualifying bout for the ladder match to crown a new TNT Champion at the pay-per-view. Adam Copeland vacated the title after breaking his leg in a barbed wire cage match against Malakai Black at Double Or Nothing. Perry picked up the win meaning he’s in with a chance of turning The Elite fully golden on June 30th.
